I already stopped reading AI Slop content yet use it to draft the content but there are two problems 1) How to make content human readable? 2) How to ensure Content is be optimised for AI? Most content fails not because of weak ideas, but because it is not structured for retrieval.
LLMs do not “read” like humans. They scan edges, extract fragments, and prioritise clarity over narrative. This means your visibility is decided before your full story is even processed. Use this LLM and human readability checklist for PR, SEO, and digital communications:
- Position Matters (Lost in the Middle) Place the most critical claims in the first or last 20 percent of the page. Content buried in the middle becomes functionally invisible to long-context models. Example: “Zomato delivers food from over 3 lakh restaurants across India in under 30 minutes” should appear at the top, not mid-page. or “Uttik enables brands to control their answer layer across AI search systems” should appear at the top, not buried mid-content. AI does not read paragraphs. AI assembles fragments.
- Pick-Me Logic Answer four questions immediately: What is it, who is it for, what job does it do, and under what constraint does it win. Example: “Cred is a credit card bill payment platform for high-credit-score users that rewards timely payments and wins through exclusive member-only benefits.” or “Uttik is an answer engine optimization platform for brands that ensures AI systems retrieve accurate brand narratives and wins in zero-click environments.”
- Self-Sustaining Sentences Ensure each sentence stands independently. Remove pronouns and use explicit entity references. Example: “JioAirFiber delivers high-speed home internet without requiring fiber installation” instead of “It delivers high-speed internet.” or “Uttik structures brand data into machine-readable answers for AI systems” instead of “It structures brand data.”
- Explicit Relationships Write in clear subject-verb-object structures to enable machine reasoning. Example: “Flipkart acquired Myntra to strengthen its position in the online fashion segment.” or “Uttik transforms brand content into structured answers that AI models retrieve and cite.” Relationships not explicitly written are relationships lost.
- Anchorable Statements Craft sentences that can be cited directly with clear definitions and evidence. Example: “Airtel reported an average revenue per user (ARPU) of over ₹200 in FY24, indicating improved telecom monetization in India.” or “Uttik improves answer visibility in AI search by converting unstructured brand content into verifiable, entity-linked responses.”
